**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of School Age Operational Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Before and After School programs in Lincoln.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the supervision and program planning for the children, including administrative paperwork
- Support students' social, emotional, cognitive, academic development, promoting physical health and providing a safe environment
- Assist with accreditation process and other quality initiatives
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Associate's degree or college credits in a related field required
- 1-2 years working with school age children, knowledge of Conscious Discipline and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred
