The Position:
We are looking for a fun, energetic Baby & Children's Apparel Client Services Consultant to join our sales team to provide excellent customer service to our clients. If you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and want to be a part of a small, fun and caring team who has a love for food, this job is for you!
Job type: Onsite, Part Time, minimum 24 hours per week, 8 hour shifts
- Pay: $14-16 per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, plus hours during Tuesdays through Fridays
- Retail environment, non-commissioned
A Day in the Life:
- Provide product expertise and excellent customer service, while building positive customer relationships.
- Advise customers on baby and children's apparel as well as other family lifestyle products.
- Educate customers on products/services offered by Kids ‘N Kribs.
- Support online customers with their virtual shopping experiences as needed.
- Use POS technology to complete customer transactions/communications, both in-store and online.
- Re-stock and display merchandise in an appealing manner.
- Gift wrap merchandise as part of customer shopping experience.
Job Requirements:
- Problem solving abilities and an attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
- A passion for building customer loyalty and representing the Kids ‘N Kids brand
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and mobile devices is preferred
- The ability to lift products up to 45 lbs. to and from display platforms
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-commissioned team sales environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to talk to customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Availability to work weekends.
Previous experience with specialty store and retail sales is a plus!
