Kids R Kids of Seven Lakes is looking an experienced and safety-conscious bus driver/ Assistant Teacher to join our team! As the bus driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the school bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. You will work directly with our afterschool age group in providing a structured learning environment for all of the children in the room. You will assist with clubs and home work as well as outside play. We are looking for a go getter, energetic and excited to interact with the children. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around children, we want to hear from you!

- Pick up and drop off students at designated Elementary Schools
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner
- Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist with any activities in the afterschool program
Qualifications
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions
- Childcare Experience Preferred
- CDL Passenger endorsement is a
- Must have had driver license for at least 5 years.
Pay
- $11.00-$16.00 per hour based on credentials and experience
- Hours are 1:30PM-6:30PM Monday- Friday
