Kids R Kids of Seven Lakes is looking an experienced and safety-conscious bus driver / Assistant Teacher to join our team! As the bus driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the school bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers well-being. You will work directly with our afterschool age group in providing a structured learning environment for all of the children in the room. You will assist with clubs and home work as well as outside play. We are looking for a go getter, energetic and excited to interact with the children. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around children, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Pick up and drop off students at designated Elementary Schools

Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly

Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner

Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner

Assist with any activities in the afterschool program

Qualifications

Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Ability to follow GPS directions

Childcare Experience Preferred

CDL Passenger endorsement is a

Must have had driver license for at least 5 years.

11.00-$16.00 per hour based on credentials and experience

Hours are 1 : 30PM-6 : 30PM Monday- Friday

Salary : $11 - $16
