Director, Pediatric Day Treatment, LISW or LPCC preferred
Kids Thrive is a Pediatric Day Treatment program serving children ages 3 to 10 with expanding services across Ohio. This is an incredible opportunity that will allow you to expand your career with a growing organization. This individual will oversee all administrative and business functions of the facility. They will be responsible for program operations, fiscal oversight, and clinical components. The Director will serve as the face of the center to the public and, therefore, must have the ability to market and network with members of the community.
Estimated Salary Range: $100k-$110k/annually
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision, and values.
- Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Intake, Business Development, Quality, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes.
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the public.
- Contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.
- Achieve budgeted financial objectives.
- Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience.
- Assists in implementing facility policies and procedures.
- Assists in monitoring annual strategic plan for facility/program.
- Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents program in internal and external audits.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders.
- Focus on census building efforts and strategic planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Manager or Director of a Day Treatment program or Mental health program
- Valid LISW or LPCC license in the state with supervisor designation
- Understands relevant aspects of pediatric treatment programs and practic
- Ability to build strong partnerships and cultivate productive relationships with decision-makers in client or partner organizations
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditatio
