The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Assistant Director of Day Treatment Program is a clinical role which is responsible for providing program supervision to licensed therapists, case managers, Group Services Coordinator, and other assigned staff. The Assistant Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of therapeutic services including clinical, staff, and programmatic issues pertaining to the operation of NewPath Day Treatment Program.

What you'll be doing :

Directly oversee and supervise Therapists, Case Managers, and Group Services Coordinator in Day Programs.

Clinical leader and active member of the program leadership team facilitating professional development within the Department.

Provide Clinical consultation and corrective feedback for treatment planning.

Assess and implement appropriate levels of care for clients.

Coordinate with family members and other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.

Establish current and long-range goals, plans and procedures for program areas in alignment with organizational goals and mission.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting the school and clinical services.

Ensure that all client documentation is current and complete.

Ensure clients are served at the appropriate level of care and receiving all necessary resources and support.

Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field.

Independent License (LISW or LPCC), and in good standing with the professional board, preferred.

Minimum of five years' clinical or care management experience; preferably experience with at risk youth.

Good written and verbal skills.

Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.

Be able to work both independently and as a team.

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
