Camelot Community Care a nationally recognized, multi-state provider of mental health, substance use, foster care and other social services to children, adolescents and teens, seeks a Program Manager for an innovative, multi-site, school-based day treatment program in the Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County area, utilizing the best practice mode, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Camelot is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
The successful candidate must have a Master of Social Work Degree (MSW) or Professional Counseling and must be licensed in the State of Ohio as an LISW-S or LPCC-S. Have a minimum of three years paid experience in managing behavioral health programing and proven success in providing administrative, evaluative, clinical, and supportive supervision to professional staff. Experience in managing a Day Treatment Program for SED children and adolescents is preferred.
The successful candidate will possess a skill set that facilitates effective, ethical, culturally competent and cost-effective mental health programs and services.
The successful candidate will be adept in addressing the needs of all program stakeholders to include: accrediting and regulatory bodies, parents, teachers, school administrators, program staff, and client youth.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; have well-developed time management and organizational skills; be capable of mentoring and motivating a large culturally diverse program staff and be a consensus builder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Utilizes and adheres to the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) best practice model of service provision
- Creates business opportunities in the community in a professional manner
- Provides clinical supervision to Day Treatment Therapists and Behavior Specialists, under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Executive Director.
- Provides oversight for program staff hiring and retention
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with school personnel in a highly collaborative manner
- Provides back up to the Day Treatment Therapist in emergencies or when staff are ill or on vacation.
- On call for all emergencies during the workday
- Responsible for compliance with state, COA, Camelot and school regulations.
- Conducts staff meetings to ensure all Day Treatment programs are aligned and functioning.
- Provides oversight for staff training and development
- Conducts client chart audits to assure full contract compliance
- Oversees the implementation of client interventions in the individual treatment plan
- Participates in the Quality Assurance process
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Executive Director
