Main Responsibilities
- Lead groups and provide individual support to children aged 3-10 with mental health challenges.
- Work collaboratively with therapists, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure the safe and effective delivery of services, maintaining a therapeutic milieu and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and updates with clients and families, fostering open communication and informed decision-making.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices in mental health and child development.
