Job Description
KidsPark Main Line is looking for a highly motivated and organized Recreational Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in early childhood education and be able to effectively coordinate and organize recreational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning – Contribute to the design and implementation of recreational programs to meet business and customer needs.
- Staff Management – Assist in managing, coordinating, and organizing staff to implement the program effectively.
- Communication – Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Teachers and Aides.
- Quality Assurance – Monitor the quality of program implementation by staff and address concerns from clients, staff, and children.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess one of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a human services field, plus one year of experience with children.
- A bachelor's degree, including 30 credit hours in the above fields, plus two years of experience with children.
- An associate's degree in the above fields, plus three years of experience with children.
- An associate's degree, including 30 credit hours in the above fields, plus four years of experience with children.
