The Bilingual Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all clinical functions for the Shelter program in Bethlehem. The Bilingual Clinical Manager fulfills the "Lead Clinician" position requirements.
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences :
Master's Degree in a related clinical discipline and appropriate licensure required.
Minimum of 3 years of direct supervision in a clinical setting is required.
Minimum of 2 years of direct treatment experience with children / adolescents required.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license, CPR / First Aid certification required.
Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime as required.
Bilingual Proficiency (ability to communicate in written and oral form) in English and Spanish is required.
