The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Assistant Supervisor in terms of direction and leadership for the center with an emphasis on food production.
Competencies :
Prior Supervisory / Leadership experience in the Food Service industry.
ServSave certification required.
Prior cooking experience preferred.
Knowledge of dietary management principles.
Flexible schedule depending on departmental needs.
Able to work with children.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
