Description of Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the Foster Care Program Manager include maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and other stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance, file integrity, and quality and safety in services. This individual is responsible for daily office operations as well as personnel management. The Program Manager leads a small team of case managers and a foster parent recruiter and is responsible for accepting client referrals, facilitating those admissions to foster homes, and overseeing the delivery of case management services to those youth. The Program Manager guides foster parent recruitment, home study and retention efforts to insure an adequate number of suitable foster homes. The Program Manager participates in an on-call rotation and provides crisis intervention when needed, and may also be responsible to provide foster care case management services.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field with experience in a supervisory capacity required. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field preferred.
