Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and early intervention strategies.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to guide students.
- Foster relationships with students, parents, and staff to support the educational process.
- Assess and document student progress, providing feedback to parents on their child’s development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Organize activities that promote social skills, emotional development, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain an orderly environment.
- Experience working with students in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
