Job Description:
As a Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s trucking and logistics operations. You will be responsible for the daily scheduling and driver management of our drivers, ensuring that our drivers are on time, are safety-conscious, and are delivering excellent customer service to our customers. As a Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily scheduling and driver management of our drivers.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure facility compliance with all regulating agencies which includes Division of Child Care and Early
Childhood Education and Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance.
· Supervises and directs the activities of all transportation personnel in coordination with the Clinic
Director.
· Recruits, interviews, and recommends personnel actions (i.e., discipline, discharge, promotion,
performance evaluations).
· Ensures transportation personnel completes continuing education as required by regulating agencies.
· Establishes routes to maximize efficiency.
· Prints transportation logs and distributes to van drivers.
· Reviews transportation logs to ensure accuracy and completes billing for transportation services in a
timely manner.
· Maintains transportation logs for a minimum of 1 year and ensures they are accessible for review by
regulating agencies.
· Maintains pre-trip and post-trip checklists for a minimum of 5 years and ensures they are accessible for
review by regulating agencies.
· Reviews safety procedures in vehicles and equipment (i.e., child safety alarms and cameras) to ensure
they are working properly.
· Maintains emergency contact information for patients and emergency kits.
· Ensures each van has current insurance and registration and it is accessible for review by regulating
agencies.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities

· Proficient Microsoft Office.
· Ability to resolve conflict and deal with issues.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma (or equivalency).
· Arkansas Driver’s License with a minimum of a P endorsement to allow for transportation of
passengers.
· CPR Certified
