Job Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Playground Attendant. In this role, you’ll ensure a fun and safe environment for all our guests while providing excellent customer service. Your day will include monitoring the playground, assisting with party setups, and working alongside our team to create a memorable experience for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist guests within the playground, ensuring safety and proper conduct.
- Check wristbands to ensure guests are within the designated time limits.
- Rotate through the playground areas with other staff members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Assist party staff with party setups, breakdowns, and ensuring all party needs are met.
- Help maintain playground equipment and cleanliness throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from guests.
- Assist in any other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or childcare experience is a plus.
- Must be able to stay active and on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must!
- Background check may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 35 per week
