Job Summary
Kidstopia Adventure is a space themed indoor playground for kids, based at 859 E 1950 N Spanish Fork UT. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment and to ensure the safety of kids.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
- Perform daily tasks.
- Assist with parties and set-up, check-in and check-out
- Assist with climbing equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations.
