We are seeking a 3rd Key Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly organized and passionate individual to work in our beautiful KidStrong Pflugerville center!

You will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in:
- Sales
- Coaching 8-10 classes per week (physical, athletic, program)
- Calling parents about joining KidStrong
- Handling member service requests and administration request as a manager
- Being a leader by example for the coaching team and kids
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
SCHEDULE (this is a typical example schedule for sales/calls, variations will apply for coaching hours of up to 10hrs):
- Monday 830am-230pm
- Tuesday 830am-230pm
- Wednesday 830am-230pm
- Thursday 830am-230pm
- Friday OFF
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday 830am-230pm
If you have past experience in working with kids, preschools, elementary schools, coaching teams, athletic coaching, physical education, coaching kids sports, or personal training, this might be a good fit for you. If you have a background in fitness, teaching, coaching or training you may have skills to meet the needs of this role. It is also a plus if you have a passion for kids fitness, sports, coaching and personal training.
