What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Coordinator- Pediatric Bleeding Disorders Program position at KIDZ MEDICAL SERVICE.?
SUMMARY: Seeking a part-time data collection and reporting coordinator to manage multiple research databases in support of our Pediatric Bleeding Disorder program. Our practice is located on the Nicklaus Children's Hospital campus. Position requires ~15-20 hours per week. Open to remote work option 1-2 days per week after on-site training has been completed and competency has been established, at the discretion of the leadership team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for developing and implementing processes to manage the CDC Community Counts Project, including:
- Post-clinic and submission of Registries.
- Track CDC Specimen Testing for CDC Community Counts Registry and Clinical Inhibitors
- Extracts clinical data and research data from electronic medical records and other sources and enters this data into the electronic data capture system for each assigned study.
- Answers data clarifications (i.e. data queries) for each study.
- Assures all data requirements are documented and meet both internal and external regulations in accordance with grant and protocol guidelines.
- Maintains access to and training on, The American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Network (ATHN) Clinical Manager (CM) database
- Responsible for running queries, generating reports, auditing, and performing data analyses for the bleeding disorders program
- Collaborate effectively with program or project teams to successfully manage quality and process improvement related activities.
