The Operations Manager helps with People: Hire, Train, Retain & Develop Team
- Cultivate a strategic team environment that provides exceptional guest service while directing the staff and team leadership and ensuring all other team members perform at a consistently high level
- Ensure team member training programs are being followed
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the guest experience by following up with the Recruiting Manager
- Lead and influence staff and team leadership through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity
- Select and develop staff and team leadership for more responsibility or internal promotability
- Promote positive team member relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high team member morale, upholding operations standards, and execution of the performance management process
- Solve issues regarding cash handling and monitoring procedures
- Helping with various teams and departments within the facility, learning how they each operate, to ensure success in the day-to-day operations. Including but not limited to Activities, Retail, Entry Ticket Sales, Janitorial, Food and Beverage and more

- Ensure points of sales properly exhibition, following up sales strategies
- Supervise cash availability
- Mange merchandising inventories and cash availability in the points of sales
- Understand how to track and account for inventory needs
- Conduct seamless operations within certain areas of the facility while keeping up team morale within your departments
- Understanding and following proper procedures
- Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met
- Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized
- More items that may be assigned by leadership
