POSITION SUMMARY: Provide supervision for construction staff.
Essential Functions: Manage daily crews
- Perform job site visits
- Prepare daily, weekly reports
- Customer Liaison
- Oversee maintenance of equipment
- Handle safety incident reporting
- Assist in employee disciplinary matters
- Set-up and organize equipment
- Available to staff, or customers for off hours urgent calls
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Competencies
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required
- Experience and knowledge of natural gas installation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
