Deliverables
- Properly set up and maintain inventory at all sites assigned too.
- Manage Parts ordering and locate all hard-to-find parts.
- Manage Warranty on all new equipment.
- Become super user of CMMS.
- Reduce cost YoY at sites on spend of parts.
- Plans and Aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Tech Savvy- Anticipating and adopting innovations in business - building digital and technology applications.
- Financial Acumen- Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.

- This position will report to Fleet Director.
- Effectively set up each site parts area to coincide with business model.
- Manage daily operations of parts at sites.
- Quarterly inventory counts required at each site.
- Manage warranty recovery with site and corresponding OEM.
- Spend reduction through effective management of parts.
- Set up system to locate hard to find parts and use multiple resources.
- Be able to collaborate cross functionally across all lines of business.
- Effective and accurate communicator.
- Detailed orientated.
- Become superuser of CMMS.
- Attend all fleet calls and be an active participant.
- Must be proficient in all Office 365 products.
- Continue to gain industry knowledge and look to gain certifications that pertain to position.
- This position will continue to evolve with more duties being added.
