Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our an apartment complex located in Salt Lake City, Utah.. In this role, you will ensure that all tenants receive timely and high-quality service. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Compliance Manager, Regional Property Manager, and other departments including maintenance and accounting.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain the low-income housing program (Section 8) on the site.
- Timely completion of all recertifications.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate resident files.
- Creating and distributing monthly resident newsletters.
- Preparing and submitting monthly property reports.
- Ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
- Maintaining and updating applicant waiting lists per program requirements.
- Screening potential residents and verifying eligibility.
- Completing all management and program forms with accuracy and timeliness.
- Gathering necessary verification for HUD documentation.
- Coordinating life skills training and assisting with audit preparations.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required by business needs.
What You Will Bring:
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- Ability to follow instructions and apply problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
- Valid Driver’s License (may also need to obtain Utah Real Estate License.)

- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather, with occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and noise
- May require occasional overtime
- Some travel may be required for meetings, training, and seminars
- Safety equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves will be required during specific activities like cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping tasks.
