To become a Litigation Attorney, one must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and must have passed the state bar examination. Prior to becoming a Litigation Attorney, an individual may have served roles as a Legal Intern, Junior Lawyer, or a Legal Associate, where they gain exposure to various aspects of the law and legal practice.Responsibilities include : Responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters.Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets, and standards.Draft and negotiate discovery.Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience : (a) performing professional work as a licensed attorney in trial litigation; (b) representing clients as a licensed attorney before federal and state courts.Our ideal candidate would have three to five years of complex commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations or other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.This is a public notice flyer.
