What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Program Manager (Contingent) position at KIHOMAC?
- Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Oversee multiple projects, coordinating activities and resources across teams
- Communicate with senior stakeholders, providing high-level updates and addressing critical issues
- Develop and implement program plans, budgeting positions, schedules, and execution strategy
- Apply and correlate knowledge of multiple disciplines (engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, and configuration management) to achieve cohesive program execution in accordance with assigned cost, schedule & performance requirements
- Logically and systematically convert customer or product/technical requirements into solutions that recognize technical, schedule, and cost constraints; identify associated risks and manage mitigation plans
- Provide higher management with status and decision information on key program issues
- Ensure contractual needs/concerns are addressed
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports/deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
- Master's Degree in Business, Management, or related scientific /technical discipline required
- PMP Certification preferred
- 10 years of professional experience in Defense Acquisition required
- 3 years of experience in Navy Acquisition Management required
- Must be a US citizen
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a DoD issued Secret clearance within 90 days of start date
- Active DoD issued clearance at level Secret or above preferred
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
