What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Project Analyst (Contingent) position at KIHOMAC?
- Analyze project data to support decision-making and ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and opportunities
- Require advanced analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Provide support to Program Manager, Contracting, or senior-level Engineering personnel in the areas of: integrated program scheduling, configuration management, finance and accounting, contracting, data analyses, database development or manipulation, preparation of technical/program reports or briefings, test plans and reports, and associated documentation, test or validation/verification assistance
- Plan/oversee test or project events as assigned by Program Manager or Engineering supervisor, report status and results
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related scientific or technical discipline required
- 10 years of professional experience in the task area required
- 5 years of experience with data entry, creation and administration of relational database systems such as MS Access, Oracle, or equivalent required
- Must be a US citizen
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a DoD issued Secret clearance within 90 days of start date
- Active DoD issued clearance at level Secret or above preferred
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
