Your Role at KIK
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and coordinate supply chain operations for assigned plant locations, with a focus on volume planning, inventory management, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include leading the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, managing inventory levels in collaboration with Operations and Finance, and driving process improvements and cost savings. The role also requires project management for initiatives like new product introductions, as well as developing and monitoring key metrics related to forecast accuracy and on-time delivery. This role will be based in Lawrenceville, GA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate the annual volume planning process for assigned plant locations.
- Oversee daily management meetings with planners, coordinate action items with plants and co-manufacturers.
- Head the Plant SIOP process; including setting the meeting agendas and cadence, preparing reports, assigning tasks, and closing issues
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance staff to manage and maintain optimized inventory levels. Incorporate robust data to drive volume planning and management of excess and obsolete inventory
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to ensure alignment on forecast updates and potential operational impacts.
- Develop and manage metrics supporting forecast accuracy, on time delivery, fill rate, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend action plans.
- Establish and maintain daily communication methods with Marketing/Sales and Operations to develop new production forecasts.
- Lead process improvement and cost savings initiatives to drive efficiency and bottom-line impact
- Project management for supply chain initiatives (new SKU introductions, rationalization, etc.)
- Develop and measure appropriate metrics for on-time delivery and fill rate.
- Perform MRP parameter settings to optimize planning; including safety stock levels, MOQs, capacities, time fences, and other options.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of supply chain planners

What You’ll Bring
- B.S degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. MBA/advanced degree a plus.
- Active supply chain certification, such as CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM, is a plus
- 5 years forecasting and/or supply chain operations experience in a manufacturing environment. CPG or FMCG manufacturing a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge.
- Demonstrated communication, collaboration and leadership skills. Proven ability to work and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience in and/or exposure to SIOP processes and procedures, customer planning and/or supply planning.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive results across an organization through a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within and across functions to achieve ambitious goals
- Demonstrated experience in an ERP system – SAP ECC strongly preferred.
- Proficient user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Advanced user of Power BI, Qlik, or data analytic tools is a plus.
