Your Journey as an Advanced Mold Technician
Imagine a role where your expertise maintains the heart of our operations—ensuring our blow mold machines run seamlessly. As a technician on the 2nd Shift, your work is central to our success. With a base salary ranging from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential and the chance to earn bonuses, your role integrates precision and action in an energetic environment. Day-to-Day Contributions
- Swiftly tackle machine alarms to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
- Coordinate with team leaders to uphold crucial safety protocols
- Handle scrap and regrind material management competently
- Diagnose complex issues and fine-tune machine settings
- Maintain an organized and secure workspace
- Adapt to overtime or an adjusted schedule when necessary
- Execute start-ups and transitions for new projects
Bringing the Required Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in Blow Mold/Injection Molding
- Preferred familiarity with Uniloy Equipment
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedication, leadership agility, and excellent communication
- Background in a dynamic workspace
- Sound judgment and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

- Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs without assistance
