Your Path at KIK

Step into your new position as an Advanced Technician for our blow mold operations, a role that places you at the heart of manufacturing excellence. Work from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, while accommodating weekend business needs. Your role offers a generous salary range of $30.00-$40.00/hr plus performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machinery, ensuring high-caliber output and conformity to precise criteria.
• Champion operational enhancements and collaborate closely to troubleshoot issue effectively.
• Maintain a pristine work setting where safety measures are prioritized.
• Relay critical information swiftly while assisting in comprehensive problem resolution efforts.
• Manage equipment preservation and systematic troubleshooting, spanning electrical and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with seasoned experience in blow mold setup—particularly Uniloy machinery.
• Expertise in industrial maintenance, highlighting PLC diagnosis.
• Exposure to diverse environmental conditions and comfort dealing with high noise settings.
• Uphold safety and health codes with a readiness for extra work hours.

Physical Requirements

• Endurance to stand throughout the workday.
• Capability to lift and carry loads reaching 50 lbs unassisted.
