Your Impactful Role

Step into the shoes of an Industrial Maintenance Specialist on our evening crew and immerse yourself in ensuring our machinery operates at peak performance. The compensation for this role starts at $30.00 an hour, with room for negotiation based on expertise, combined with shift differentials and quarterly bonuses.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Efficiently pinpoint and remedy equipment malfunctions with minimal guidance.
• Tackle issues in pneumatic and hydraulic setups.
• Excel in troubleshooting diverse machinery, from bottling apparatus to gantry palletizers.
• Address mechanical quandaries through innovative problem-solving techniques rooted in mechanics and fabrication.
• Swiftly navigate equipment-related challenges focusing on customer-centric solutions.
• Manage electrical repairs encompassing wire connections and diagnosing motors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety checks to meet stringent standards.
• Engage in the modification and repair of conveyor setups, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Utilize tools proficiently for machinery maintenance and adaptation.

Your Essential Toolbox

• At least three years in a mechanical maintenance role within a manufacturing setting.
• A preferred high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in communicating and problem-solving within a high-paced environment.
• Physical capability to perform tasks, including lifting weights of 50 lbs or more.
• Outstanding skills in organization and multitasking to adapt to shifting priorities.
