Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Campground Office Associate to join our team and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding bookings and general inquiries
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
- Assist with retail sales in the camp store
- Provide guests with information about the campground, local attractions, and activities
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support campground staff with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle busy periods and multitask effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
