SUMMARY :
Kilgore Companies, A Summit Materials LLC Company is looking for a Motor Grading Foreman to join our company. This role is a working Foreman position.
Roles & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have Motor Grading experience (Minimum 1-Year)
Must be listed on your resume in detail.
Must have experience running various equipment while onsiteMust have a Valid Driver's License and complete Safe Driver Training course.Must be able to Pass our Company Background Check Minimums.Must be able to Pass our 5 Panel Drug Test.Must have the ability to Lead a crew.Must have a great safety mind to keep self and crew safe throughout the working days.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead crew in our safety culture and help ensure a safe working environmentBe able to read, interpret, and follow owner’s plans and specificationsSupervise equipment operators and laborers to ensure that work is being done according to the field layout and the plansPerform the duties of an equipment operator and laborer when necessaryEnsure that employees operate and maintain equipment properly. Notify shop of equipment mechanical and safety issuesEnsure job site and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly fashionMaintain time and material records necessary for completing daily job costingPerform other duties as assigned.Able to perform essential job functions with / without reasonable accommodation.QUALIFICATIONS :
Be able to work long hours when required.Strictly adhere to safety requirements and proceduresBe able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.Benefits
