Description:
Works with and trains with various loan officers throughout the Bank to gain knowledge before transitioning into a lending role.
Requirements:- Job shadow loan officers to develop skills to move into a lending role, duties may include:
- Data entry into Loan Vantage
- Participating in customer appointments to observe the process of obtaining required information in the application process
- Become an active member of civic organizations and/or clubs on behalf of the bank.
- Spending time in various departments to gain knowledge: commercial credit/underwriting; mortgage department; and loan operations
