Description:
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for all bank employees. Ensure that employees are adequately equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, comply with regulations, and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:- Plans, develops, and implements comprehensive training programs throughout the Bank.
- Manages compliance-related training databases and subscriptions, assigning training to staff as directed.
- Manages and promotes all non-compliance related training and employee development programs.
- Collaborates with all levels of leadership to identify career development opportunities for staff, and provide support needed to direct that development.
- Meets with bank employees of all levels to develop, coordinate and track progress with individual career development paths.
- Monitors reports and works with all areas of the bank to assesses training effectiveness and employee training needs.
- Research, coordinates, and utilizes external training programs and products as needed.
- Develops and maintains relationships with branches and departments to create course materials and gather feedback.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
