Training and HR Coordinator Position Summary: The Training and HR Coordinator is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies suitable training solutions for employees. It actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance. The role will perform multiple HR duties including recruiting, staffing, on-boarding, performance management, and administering various HR programs and projects. Experience in Workday software is a plus.

- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
- Recruits and onboards both hourly and salaried positions.
- Administers HR programs and projects.
- Plans, organizes, and facilitates employee development and training events.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
