With our reputation built on integrity and excellence, we are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in building our luxury homes from start to finish.
The Project Coordinator is critical to the project's pertormance.
• Works in conjunction with Senior Construction Manager, Project Manager(s), and Superintendent(s) to coordinate the details of construction projects.
• Coordinates with architect, designer, clients), suppliers and subcontractors to ensure fluid communication between all involved parties.
• Assist with preconstruction team to send out plans for bid
• Reviewing and qualifying bids with precon team
• Write scope to contract trades
• Track and communicate changes as requested
• Purchase and order long lead time material, such as: countertops, windows, cabinetry, hardware, lighting, tile, plumbing fixtures, interior doors, trim, appliances and wall coverings.
• Take and distribute notes at team meetings
• Maintain lists of qualified trades
• Maintain project files both in office and electronically
• Coordinate warranty work and other tasks as assigned.
• Requires strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a team and proficiency with computer software programs such as Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
• Understand and work with estimating programs and Builder Trend.
• Attend monthly site walks with senior Construction manager and project managers/superintendents.
• Coordinates sample sign offs between the designer, trade and owner.
• Must maintain a working knowledge of the project and all its aspects and as the project evolves.
• Processes change orders and supplies job costing information to Accounting.
• Capable of preparing construction estimates and budgets.
• Ability to present and explain budget updates to clients.
Compensation: $85k - $110k plus performance bonuses.
