Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance and coaching to team members
- Dispatch flights and check students in/out of lessons
- Re-schedule flights due to maintenance, weather, and other factors
- Ensure daily operations comply with aviation procedures
- Assist with scheduling basic maintenance events
- Oversee fleet safety, including coordinating with others for aircraft handling and ensuring aircraft are secured nightly
- Billing flight reservations accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities
