We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations.Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Preferred office locations include San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC.
