This role focuses on strategic counseling and execution in trademark law, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and brand management. The team supports innovative businesses in protecting and enhancing their intellectual property rights, offering hands-on experience and exposure to high-profile clients.What You’ll DoConduct and analyze U.S. and international trademark clearance searches.Draft and review filings, including Statements of Use, substantive Office Action responses, and Madrid Protocol filings.Manage enforcement efforts, including investigations, cease-and-desist letters, takedown notices, and settlement negotiations.Draft and negotiate trademark, copyright, and NIL licenses and assignments.Provide copyright counseling and manage filings, including UDRP complaints for domain enforcement.Counsel clients on social media and digital marketing content clearance.Support diligence and corporate transactions with trademark, copyright, and domain-related insights.Who You AreEducation & Admission : Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted (or eligible) in California or New York.Experience : Minimum of 2 years of hands-on trademark experience in clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
