Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every customer enjoys the signature Kilwin’s experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a love for sweets!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
- Lead and train a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest concerns
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and product presentation
- Manage Kilwins Email (inquiries, orders, customer complaints, direct communication with Kilwins consultant,etc)
- Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and staff management like proper uniform, etc.
- Ensure adherence to Kilwin’s quality standards and brand expectations.
- Execute promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and drive sales goals
- work hand in hand with operator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
