Position Details
- Guide new patients from initial consultation to the start of orthodontic treatment
- Discuss treatment options in detail
- Establish treatment schedules and prepare financial arrangements
- Understand and explain various financial arrangements
- Prepare consultation reports and communicate with other offices
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
Job Locations: Ala Moana Center Honolulu, Hawaii
Work Schedule:
- 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- 4 days a week
- High school degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm and high energy
