Main Responsibilities

Create, develop, optimize, maintain, and execute all marketing strategies

Train, lead, and develop marketing team members

Identify potential business opportunities and build collaborations

Develop and maintain marketing budgets and calendars

Coordinate and work with marketing vendors

Develop and update training platforms and knowledge base

Communicate and coach all teams about upcoming marketing initiatives

Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

In-person visits to dental offices

Event planning and project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in B2B and / or B2C sales

Experience in website development, SEO, and AdWords

Experience in copywriting and graphic design

Experience in social media marketing, advertising, and content creation

Thrive in a dynamic, action-oriented, fast-paced environment

Experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns

Schedule

40 hours / week

4 Days / week

Based at Ala Moana

Compensation Package

Performance Bonuses (after 6-months)

Salary commensurate with experience

Individual Medical, Dental, Vision, Drug (after 1-month)

401K Profit Sharing (after 1 year)

1 week (40 hours) paid vacation (after 1 year)
