What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Kim & Serritella LLP?
Kim & Serritella LLP is currently looking for a litigation associate who has litigated all phases of sophisticated and complex cases with experience drafting legal briefs in connection with dispositive and discovery motions, conducting legal research, operating independently, and working collaboratively with small or large teams. A solid legal writer, effective communicator and ability to think critically are a must. The ideal candidate will also have 3 years of experience in U.S. federal courts and a demonstrated interest in investor-related lawsuits, securities litigation and / or crypto related litigation. Experience working at a boutique to mid-size law firm and a demonstrated commitment to pro bono are a plus. NY Bar required; compensation commensurate with experience; medical, dental, vision and 401(k) offered. In person position with one day a week remote permitted.
