Overview
We are seeking a Security Supervisor to join our security team and ensure the safety and security of our farm/amusement park.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff and cleaners to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain safety.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to resolve issues peacefully.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed to address security concerns or incidents.
Requirements
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work days or nights as needed
