What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor, Chelmsford position at Securitas Security Services?
Looking for a Site Supervisor to work at our client site in Chelmsford, MA. This is a customer facing position and you will be stationed at the receptionist desk.
This is a 1st shift, Full-time position.
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Duties:
- Oversee a small team of security officers
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Experience in conflict management, loss prevention, or law enforcement is a plus
