We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Concord office is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely operation of the administrative work product of the office.

Compensation: $20-$24/hour DOE
Responsibilities
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5:00pm on Friday.
The primary responsibilities of this position require that the work be performed at the office full-time. We are not considering remote candidates at this time.

Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of printing, mailing/shipping, scanning, copying, emailing, indexing and faxing
- Responsible for internal deliveries, including mail rounds and delivery of files within the office
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness throughout the office, including supply room, mail room, and kitchen when doing weekly inventory and stocking
- Order and maintain office supplies and place service calls for office equipment
- Perform additional clerical and/or administrative tasks as needed
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and produce a high volume of work
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and procedures (copiers, filing, alphabetizing)
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes of up to 50 pounds
- Prior clerical support experience
- Some knowledge of legal processes and the courts
