We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at our Corinth, MS facility. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of our premium Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kirkland Signature Diapers, and other essential products.

Responsibilities
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating technologically advanced manufacturing equipment and collaborating with your team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals. This includes working 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age and the legal right to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and post-secondary education or training.
