- Be responsible for leading an engineering team in the development and execution of multiple parallel strategic capital innovation programs, particularly those that are longer-term innovations or that span multiple business segments
- Implement programs and procedures which ensure effective safety and quality attitudes and practices
- Manage capital spending to the forecasted budget
- Lead in a way that inspires trust, fosters engagement, and enables the team to own their projects, make decisions, and take smart risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, reliability, cost, and timing with regards to the execution of capital projects
- Sustain strong networks across key OEM suppliers and technical service providers
- Manage resources to ensure project milestones are met whilst accommodating dynamic business needs
- Manage a diverse and geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing / adoption and innovation

Salary Range : $158,000 - $195,000 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow.
Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan.
The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only.
