We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our accounting team. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and prepare payments.

- Reconcile accounts payable records.

- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies.

General Ledger Maintenance:
- Assist with journal entries and monthly reconciliations.

- Ensure accuracy of data and compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting:

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
