Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Danbury, CT for a Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, developing and implementing industrial and mechanical engineering solutions, and working closely with the machining team. Day-to-day tasks will include designing manufacturing processes, ensuring manufacturing efficiency and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes
- Experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Strong background in PCB assembly process
- Knowledge of PCB assembly machine programming and operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
