Your Role

• Oversee key accounting processes such as AP, AR, job costing, and payroll workflows.
• Lead month-end close activities and manage inventory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate on system enhancements, supporting the company’s transition to SAP.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-10 years as an Assistant Controller in the construction, telecommunications, or manufacturing industries.
• Personality: Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to lead. You ask the right questions, show up every day ready to excel, and actively seek growth opportunities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in SAP (implementation in progress) and MS Dynamics Solomon or similar systems.
